Chuck steak is a cut of beef which is part of the Sub-primal cut known as the chuck.
This is the most tender of the non-fry steaks. Softer and more tender than both Braising and Stewing Steak great for pies,casseroles and stews.
Consists of 1 x 16oz steak.
Steak is simple! Hot Pan. Sear 2 minutes on both sides. Leave on low flame until done to required taste. Well done: 15mins. Medium: 10mins. Rare: 5mins. Let rest for 5 mins. Add favourite seasoning: salt/pepper/other. Enjoy!
