The cattle spend their days grazing on the famous lush grass of Irish farms. Irish grass is famous for producing some of the best Cattle grazing worldwide. This is not our first choice and we have tried many other avenues to secure beef that come from local farms but we just could not secure a steady supply of what we need and make it Halal also. We dry hang all of our beef for between 21 and 28 days for a fuller flavour and softer texture. All our beef is grass fed and are looked after to the highest welfare standards. Our beef is not Tayib but we do still get some Tayib beef that will be clearly advertised on the website when we get it. We offer the best cuts, gourmet burger mince and great steaks for your grill. We also sell our gourmet mince to a handful of great burger bars in London!
Our beef is slaughtered by hand without stunning at an Irish slaughterhouse, which also holds HMC certification for beef.
