Our handmade premium Pastirma sausages are crafted with a blend of Irish Halal Beef and , mixed with an aromatic Pastirma spice mix. These sausages are encased in natural halal sheep casings for a truly authentic flavor.
The Pastirma spice mix includes:
- Ground paprika
- Ground black pepper
- Ground cumin powder
- Sea salt
- Chilli powder
- Freshly crushed garlic
ensuring a burst of flavor in every bite.
Deliciously satisfying and easy to prepare, these sausages make for a quick and mouthwatering meal.
Each pack weighs approximately 450g and contains 6-8 sausages.
