Beautiful Organic Free Range Bronze Halal Turkey.

The only Halal Organic Turkeys in the UK!

Never exposed to herbicides, pesticides or synthetic fertilizers in their environment. Their diet is 100% organic and they are never fed steroids, or GM ingredients.

These birds are free ranging on organic farms, where they can roam and forage and have a nice cosy barn to rest in away from predators and the cold at night.

They are all coming to maturity and look fantastic. We are limited so order now to avoid disappointment.

We will be hand slaughtering at the beginning of December so the turkeys can be dry hung to develop a deep flavour and moist texture.

You will only be charged by the weight of the item you receive. This will be priced and taken from your card automatically once your order is packed.

Approximate weight 5-8kg. Sorry we cannot provide any specific sizes to customers so please plan contingencies for dinner! This item is only sold as whole and cannot be processed/cut in any way by us.

Storing your Turkey:

If you want the Turkey to be best and not to spoil you can either clear out a big area on the bottom shelf of your fridge or freeze the Turkey and defrost the day before you want to eat it. I recommend the first option for best results.

When in the fridge the Turkey needs to be out of the bag and air must circulate around it. I've made the mistake of allowing it to sit directly on the glass and this affected the flavour dramatically. There must be a gap between the meat and the fridge. Best done with a baking rack.

If you don't have the space to store it then get some ice packs ready and place it in an insulated box, or just use the packaging we send courier deliveries with and regularly change the ice pack.

Cooking Tip

Cooking your turkey to perfection is easier than you think!
For a tender and juicy turkey, baste regularly during cooking
to lock in moisture and enhance flavor. Use the juices from the pan or melted butter with herbs for the best results.
Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) for safe consumption.
Let it rest for at least 20 minutes before carving to retain its juices.
