At long last, we are finally able to bring you this world famous richly aromatic North African Sausage.
Most Merguez mixes are filled with lots of E numbers and other very unsavoury ingredients. As usual we have only mixed the best ingredients using Angus beef and have tried to keep this as pure as possible.

Keep refrigerated if using within two days of delivery or freeze immediately. If freezing then consume by the best before date printed on the label. Once defrosted consume on the day.
