Fresh Premium Abraham's Tayib Lamb, absolutely the very best of British lamb. Everything is cut to your specifications and vacuum sealed in 500-1kg bags to keep fresh longer and also great to freeze and take out manageable portions.
Our current stock is Organic semi-wild Welsh Mountain Lamb, our farmers Will and Trevor allow their lambs to free range the Welsh Hills eating whatever they find so no Soy or other inputs to fatten them up artificially.
No liver & heart is included.
When ordering please specify how you would like us to process your lamb.If we do not receive any cutting instructions from you then we will process the lamb in the traditional Halal butcher method of all diced on bone.
The weight of a half carcass from our current supplier is between 7-9kg however the weight of meat you receive will depend on how you have the half carcass cut; for example if your have cuts that involve removing a lot of bone, such as mince, or diced boneless chunks, then the weight will be considerably less than the original carcass weight. All cutting will require some loss of weight such as having fat removed. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
