Free Range Turkey Sausage - Gluten Free

A limited-edition sausage made from 100% Free-Range Turkey meat from Otter Valley Poultry in Devon, mixed with mouthwatering organic seasoning and wrapped in halal natural sheep sausage casings.

All of our post-Christmas Turkeys are Kelly Bronze. They are grown for longer so they can be butchered into smaller cuts, so that customers can still get some good value from the smaller portions. After we slaughter, the birds are dry plucked and waxed and then hand finished to take out as many feathers as possible. The birds are then hung on special racks for twelve days. This is a traditional technique to tenderise the meat and to intensify the flavour. Don’t take my word for it, try and you will not be disappointed.

A pack weighs around 450g and contains approx. 6 sausages.

Please be aware that while every effort is made to deliver this product frozen, it may arrive partially or fully defrosted.

Storage & Cooking

Keep refrigerated if using within two days of delivery or freeze immediately. If freezing then consume by the best before date printed on the label. Once defrosted consume on the day.
