Made from Aberdeen Angus Halal HMC Beef raised in the stunning pastures of the West Country of Ireland.

Brisket is a classic traditional cut that is thankfully popular again. The brisket is supplied as thin slices around 3mm in thickness which makes an amazing English breakfast or to use on burgers. Also can be used in sandwiches and more creatively as a donor kebab!
